<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose failure of a battery cooling system without stopping operation of a cooling device. <P>SOLUTION: The battery controller 1 estimates temperature of a module 7 based on a charge/discharge state of the module 7 and an operation instruction state of a battery fan 2, and failure of a system for cooling the module 7 is detected based on the temperature estimated and a battery temperature detected by a battery temperature sensor 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
