PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink tank which is not affected by an influence of a pigment particle density, etc. of an ink held in an ink supply unit and which can be used for a recording head different in a flow rate of the ink. SOLUTION: Non-ink conduction regions SB1 and SB2 are provided in a pressure contact unit T06 to match the size of a filter H01 of a recording head H00. Thereby, the movement of sunk ink retained in the pressure contact unit T06 to the recording head H00 is stopped, and the common use of the ink tank to the recording head different in the flow rate of the ink is realized.
