Method for determination of effectiveness of stimulation of development of oocyte-cumulus complexes

Method for determination of effectiveness of stimulation of development of oocyte-cumulus complexes includes measurement of area of cell, its structural parts and calculation of ratio of those areas. One measures areas and calculates ration of areas by video-image of live cells of cumulus and oocyte in set of OCC before stimulation of development of OCC and matured after stimulation of OCC, with use of computer program. On effectiveness of stimulation one makes conclusion by value of coefficient that is ratio of those ratios.
