Tool set for generating threads

摘要

The tool set has pressing lugs for pressing screw threads into a workpiece surface. The radial expansion of pressing lugs is increased by raising axial spacing of tool end, based on selected material of workpiece. The wider region of pressing lug is extended outward and on screw thread against the advance direction based on radial spacing function. The pressing surfaces of pressing lugs are contacted with workpiece selected based on size. The pressing lug is radially extended in a direction vertical to tool axis and is axially extended in a direction parallel to tool axis. An independent claim is included for a method for producing internal screw thread.
