A method of manufacturing loess brick with adiabaticity is provided to preserve various effects of the loess and to improve adiabaticity by forming pores using pore forming particles(ice particles or frozen charcoal particles). A method of manufacturing loess brick with adiabaticity comprises steps of: mixing frozen pore forming particles with the loess particles and molding loess brick(1) through a normal compression molding process under a freezing condition of the pore forming particles; and melting the pore forming particles in the loess brick and forming pore(20) when the loess brick is piled up at room temperature.
