<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit separation of two split rings so as to insert one of a race ring in a shaft or a housing smoothly, in a rolling bearing having one race ring constituted of the two split rings. <P>SOLUTION: The one ring 1 is provided with an aperture 9 penetrating the two split rings 5, 5 in the axial direction. Another member 10 having an interference in the radial direction to the inner face of the aperture 9 is press-fitted to and penetrates the two split rings 5, 5 to retain the two split rings 5, 5 to inhibit separation of the two. The member 10 is positioned within the aperture 9, and does not bulge to the radial surface to be inserted in a fitting part 6 of a shaft 1 or the housing of the race ring 1, and is not caught on the fitted part 6 of the shaft or the housing when it is inserted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
