The present invention provides a construction method of a steel-concrete hybrid precast concrete (PC) pipe rack structure, which is to construct a pipe rack structure without an additional fire resistant covering by using precast steel reinforced concrete (SRC) beams (100) and precast SRC columns (200). The construction method of a steel-concrete PC pipe rack structure comprises: a base template preparing step; a precast SRC column installing step; a precast SRC beam installing and fire resistant covering step; a pipe installing step; a pipe rack unit coupling step; and a fire resistant mortar covering step.
