<p>PURPOSE:To check any clutch disengement unintended by a driver, and to promote an accurate engine stall prevention as well as to avoid getting any idle running on a low mu road, in an automatic gearshifter of a car being provided with a means (a) controlling a gearshift of a transmission according to a gearshift request to the transmission, if this request occurs. CONSTITUTION:If engine speed goes down to be less than the setting value when a shift position of a transmission is in a low speed, a means (b) cintrolling the disengagement of a clutch is installed on condition of brake operation, and if the engine speed is lowered to be less than the setting value when the shift position is in a high speed, on condition of accelerator opening being zero %, respectively. In addition, this automatic hearshifter is provided with a means (c) altering the setting value to be compared with the engine speed according to car loadage, a means (d) prohibiting the clutch disengagement if detecting the sudden speed reduction of the car, and a means (e) prohibiting the clutch disengagement if detecting the turning traveling of the car, respectively in addition.</p> |
