PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CD 47 partial peptide which can act on the function of cell response through SHPS-1, and to provide an anti-SHPS-1 monoclonal antibody.

SOLUTION: This CD 47 partial peptide has an amino acid sequence constituting the immunoglobulin-like structure-having extracellular domain of CD 47 protein, and specifically binds to the N-terminal immunoglobulin-like structure of the dephosphorylated substrate protein SHPS-1 of SH 2 domain-containing protein.
