A cosmetic composition for skin anti-aging is provided to improve skin elasticity by inhibiting elastase, revive epidermal cells and moisturize the skin without side effects. The cosmetic composition for skin anti-aging comprises the ethanol extract of Gentiana scabra Bunge, the ethylacetate extract of Ginkgo biloba L leaf, and the ethanol extract of Agaricus blazei Murrill in the weight ratio of 2: 0.5-2: 0.5-2, wherein the amount of the extract complex is 0.001-10.0 wt.%; and the cosmetic composition is formulated as soft lotion, astringent lotion, lotion, essence, cream, gel, pack, soap, essence sheet, hydrogel patch or mask.
