PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise instrument that enhances a degree of freedom in exercise.SOLUTION: An exercise instrument comprises: a body part; a ground part provided at a lower part of the body part, in which a part is grounded on a floor surface; and a support part provided at an upper part of the body part for supporting a back of a user from below by placing the back thereon while the ground part is placed on the floor surface. The exercise instrument allows the user to stretch in a first direction which is an extending direction of the back by supporting the back with the support part. The ground part comprises a first swing part capable of swinging the support part in the first direction, and a second swing part capable of swinging the support part in a second direction along the floor surface and orthogonal to the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
