PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration of a reciprocation tool, without inhibiting movement of a plunger.SOLUTION: A jig saw comprises: a plunger 30 to which a blade is attached; a holding member 35 for holding the plunger 30; a storage chamber 50 for storing a flange part 37 of the holding member 35; and an orbital mechanism for oscillating the blade. The storage chamber 50 comprises an upper face wall 50a and a lower face wall 50b facing in a vertical direction, and a front face wall 50c and a rear face wall 50d facing in a cross direction. An upper face 37a of the flange part 37 faces the upper face wall 50a, and a lower face 37b of the flange part faces the lower face wall 50b, a front face 37c of the flange part faces the front face wall 50c and a rear face 37d of the flange part faces the rear face wall 50d. An interval between the upper face 37a and the upper face wall 50a, and an interval between the lower face 37b and the lower face wall 50b are smaller than an interval between the front face 37c and the front face wall 50c, and an interval between the rear face 37d and the rear face wall 50d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
