The present disclosure is related to a process for the production of ultrafine AkaganÚite nanoparticles, a formulation process of a therapeutic agent over the same nanoparticles and its localized use with magnetic fields, which allows producing a drug formulation, radioactive substances and/or DNA on ultrafine AkaganÚite nanoparticles with superparamagnetic properties to use them in chemotherapy, radiation and/or gene therapy located in the diseased areas requiring treatment with the assistance of external magnetic fields. As a result of several studies for the past two decades, the use of colloidal nanoparticles has been proposed as therapeutic agents (Drugs, radioactive substances and / or DNA) in order to improve the methods used in chemotherapy, radiotherapy and gene therapy. In this regard, the use of superparamagnetic nanoparticles as delivery vehicles for therapeutic agents is particularly interesting because it is easy to disperse them in a colloidal suspension and can be dire cted toward specific regions by the application of external magnetic fields. Therefore, these nanoparticles can be used in the administration of therapeutic agents assisted with magnetic fields; that is why there is the need for nanoparticle systems that exhibit superparamagnetic properties and that can be able to carry a considerable number of therapeutic agents. |
