The present invention relates to a system for sterilizing hydrogen peroxide vapor and, more specifically, to a system for sterilizing hydrogen peroxide vapor, in which a hydrogen peroxide vapor generating circuit and a generated vapor decomposing circuit are separated, sterilizing time is reduced and a usage amount of a hydrogen peroxide solution is simultaneously reduced. Accordingly, efficiency of the system can be maximized. According to an aspect of the present invention to achieve such a purpose, the system comprises: a trigonal valve for branching the circulation of air to a hydrogen peroxide vapor generating circuit and a generated vapor decomposing circuit; a catalyst device for decomposing hydrogen peroxide vapor; a first dehumidifying device formed in a cooling coil scheme; a gasifying device for instantaneously evaporating a hydrogen peroxide liquid; a heating coil and a second dehumidifying device for performing reheating in the hydrogen peroxide vapor generating circuit, and performing dehumidification through a cooling function in the generated vapor decomposing circuit; a heat pump device and a compressor for performing air conditioning and heating; and a connection loop connected to be circulated from the generated vapor decomposing circuit to the second humidifying device. |
