The present invention relates to a test device for testing electrical properties of a test subject. The test device comprises: a test subject support unit which supports a test subject; a cover unit which has a cover main body of being combined with the test subject support unit and a pusher of being supported to be able to move back and forth toward the test subject in the cover main body; and a pressure control unit which is installed to be able to rotate in the cover main body by being in contact with the pusher and has a multi-adjustable cam of several stages having different contact radii in accordance with a rotation angle so that the pusher is positioned in a retracted position at pressurization distances from the cover main body and a pressure control unit of having a control unit which controls the multi-adjustable cam. |
