PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heterocyclic pyrimidine compound for adjusting mutant selective epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase activity.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a heterocyclic pyrimidine compound for adjusting mutant selective epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase activity. There is disclosed selectivity on inhibition of various mutant EGFR. There is described a pharmaceutical composition containing a pyrimidine derivative, a method for treating diseases related to EGFR kinase activity including a step of administering the pyrimidine derivative or the pharmaceutical composition containing the pyrimidine derivative. The compound and the pharmaceutically acceptable composition are useful for a treatment of cancer related to one or a plurality of EGFR mutation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
