A device for producing strips of dough (1) from pre-cooked dough (1a) comprises a conveying device (2) for conveying the dough (1, 1a) and a pressing device (3) which moves in the conveying direction (1'). The conveying device (2) and the pressing device (3) lie opposite each other. On the periphery the pressing device (3) comprises first rollers (5) which can each rotate about a first auxiliary shaft (4) and move in the conveying direction (1') with the periphery of the pressing device (3). At the point (12) facing the conveying device (2) the peripheral speed (6) of the first rollers (5) is inverse to the peripheral speed (7) of the pressing device (3). The conveying device (2) comprises second rollers (9) which can each rotate about a second auxiliary shaft. The rollers (9) are disposed at the periphery of the conveying device (2). At the point (12) facing the pressing device (3) the peripheral speed (10) of the second rollers (9) is inverse to the peripheral speed (2') of the conveying device (2). |
