PURPOSE: A device is provided to enable a Goliath crane to smoothly work by precisely regulating the loading height of a heavy material before the Goliath crane loads the plane block in a pre-election yard suitable to a shipyard dock. CONSTITUTION: The device is installed with:a pipe support for supporting a screw jack; a screw jack for lifted up and down by the revolution of a handle(21) marked with a scale; a combining unit(3) inserted with the screw jack that a nut unit(31) is formed with a nut peak(23), having a flange unit(32) combined with the pipe support of the lower part and combining pieces such as a volt and a nut to support; a head(4) for supporting the heavy materials having two structure bodies(41, 42) combined with the volt.
