PURPOSE: A recovery circuit of a synchronization of ATM cell using FIFO memory previously removes improper synchronization due to an error of a cell starting position, prevents that there is an error in a synchronization. CONSTITUTION: A recovery circuit of a synchronization of ATM cell includes a FIFO memory(200) for storing data, and a FIFO reset circuit(300) for resetting the FIFO memory if there is an error in a synchronization of ATM cell. A FIFO controller(100) receives ATM cell, reads the ATM cell, or writes the ATM cell to the FIFO memory. Thereby, although there is an error in a cell synchronization, this problem is solved after a predetermined time.
