<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate division type zero-phase current transformer having variable shapes wherein it can be used for both the already and newly established facilities owing to the shape and size of its window being made variable arbitrarily, and in addition, it can be used in many places by virtue of the combined members comprising its cores and coils of one to two machine kinds. <P>SOLUTION: The division type zero-phase current transformer of switch-exterally-attached type which has no positional deviation, is characterised in that it has cores each of which can be attached removably and arbitrarily to a place to be measured in response to the size of the primary conductor of the place to be measured, the length of the magnetic circuit of each core can be varied arbitrarily, and its zero-phase output characteristic is forced to be unaffected to the variation of the length of the magnetic circuit. Moreover, the leakage magnetic flux generated from its primary current which is caused by its residual current is so set as to fall in the scope of 0.1-0.2 T, and the circulating current caused by the leakage magnetic flux is so made to flow in its secondary winding as to cancel equivalently the leakage magnetic flux. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
