PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine island with a game medium lifting device capable of being made of parts with optimum design and performance without limiting mounting of other parts inside a game machine body, without inappropriately increasing the width between machines and without limiting components such as driving means to those which can be miniaturized or thinned as much as possible. SOLUTION: The game machine island is a single island 1 with the game ball lifting device 100 for lifting and putting out pachinko balls used in a game machine 10 by each game machine 10. The game ball lifting device 100 has a lifting device body 101 as a separate body from the game machine 10 outside the game machine 10. The lifting device body 101 is disposed in the rear more than the back face of the game machine 10 and on the lower side of the game machine 10. Pachinko balls are transferred along a transfer passage 200 by a control means 300 driving driving means 110 and 130, and the driving of the driving means 110 and 130 is stopped when the number of put-out pachinko balls detected by a put-out ball number detecting means 210 reaches a prescribed number.
