An air dam structure for a bumper of a vehicle is provided to more efficiently use the air dam according to conditions, thereby accomplishing optimum fuel ratio and driving performance. An air dam structure for a bumper(10) of a vehicle comprises a bumper of the vehicle, an air dam(20), a motor(70), a first bar(32), and a second bar(33). The air dam is mounted to a lower part of the bumper, being connected by a support part(60). The motor is mounted to one side of a lower inner end of the bumper, and equipped with a pinion(71). The first bar has a sector gear(31) meshed with the pinion of the motor at one end thereof. The other end of the first bar is connected with a lower guide rail(40) mounted to the air dam. The second bar is connected with an upper guide rail(50) mounted to the other side of the lower inner end of the bumper by one end thereof, and connected to the lower guide rail by the other end. The second bar forms an X-shape by crossing the first bar.
