POLYOLEFIN STAPLE FIBER HAVING OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT AND NON-WOVENS USING THEREOF AND A METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

Polyolefin staple fiber containing olive leaf extract and non-woven fabric using the same and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to prevent allergy and fester of a skin by offering skin stability. A method for manufacturing polyolefin staple fiber containing olive leaf extract comprises the following steps of: melting a polyolefin resin(S110); spinning the milt at spinning temperature of 250 °C with speed of 50 - 100 m/min(S120); elongating spun untwisted yarn with 1.5- 4.0 of an elongation ratio, and 50-100 °C of preheating temperature(S130); adding crimp on the elongated filament(S140); processing a surface with a liquid resin containing the olive leaf extract(S150); and forming a monofilament with predetermined length after a heat-setting process of the filament(S160). The olive leaf extract includes 1 - 5.5 parts by weight on the basis of 100 of the liquid resin.
