<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal component manufacturing method capable of forming gaskets on both surfaces of a base member 5 without forming burrs on the surfaces. <P>SOLUTION: When a seal component formed by integrally forming gaskets on both surfaces of the base member 5 of a film, sheet or plate shape, a first cavity 14 defined by the base member 5 and a first portion 11 of a split die abutted to one side of the base member 5 and a second cavity 15 defined by the base member 5 and a second portion 12 of the split die abutted to other side are allowed to communicate with each other through a first communication hole 51 formed in the base member 5. The first portion 11 of the split die is furnished with a first air vent 11c opened to the confluent part of a molding material in the first cavity and a second air vent 11d opened to the confluent part of the molding material in the second cavity in a position at a second communication hole 52 formed in the base member 5 are disposed apart from the surface of the base member 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
