PURPOSE: A manhole cover locking apparatus is provided to open a manhole with a certain power without extra operation. CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover locking apparatus comprises a groove, a support ring(30), and a hanger member(40). The groove of strip shape is formed on a manhole cover(10) and a manhole support(20). The support ring inserted in the groove of the manhole cover has an elastic restoring force. The hanger member in an edge of the support ring is inserted to the groove of the manhole support. |
