Provided is an industrial manufacturing method for a midazolam derivative, said method being characterised in that: compound A and compound B undergo a cyclisation reaction under the conditions of a catalyst. The provided production method is simple, implements the synthesis of the target product in one step, and differs from the complex production means and harsh production conditions in the prior art. In addition, the yield can be increased by at least 50% with respect to the multi-step synthesis in the prior art. Furthermore, since the production process and the synthetic route have been optimised, there are few side reactions during production, post-treatment is convenient, the production conditions are mild, and the method is suitable for industrial production modes. |
