An in-cell touch screen and display device. An array substrate (100) of the in-cell touch screen comprises an array of first touch control drive electrodes (203), and an array of second touch control drive electrodes (204) and a plurality of connecting lines (51), wherein a shape and size of the second touch control drive electrodes (204) are identical to those of the first touch control drive electrodes (203). The connecting lines (51) respectively connect the same rows of the first touch control drive electrodes (203) and the second touch control drive electrodes (204) to form a plurality of touch control drive lines (234). An opposite substrate (200) of the in-cell touch screen comprises a plurality of touch control sensing lines (310) disposed thereon and on a location corresponding to the first touch control drive electrode (203). The in-cell touch screen can prevent a problem of an uneven display, improving screen quality.
