摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement position correcting method for a height sensor in a component mounting device with which the mounting quality can be enhanced.SOLUTION: A jig substrate on which a target is formed is positioned at a predetermined work position on a conveyance path of the substrate. Next, under a state in which the height sensor is aligned with a reference measurement position, a laser beam is projected from a height sensor to the target, and the position in the horizontal direction of the height sensor is adjusted according to the light reception state of reflected light. Next, a correction value in the horizontal direction of the height direction is calculated on the basis of the amount of deviation between the actual position of the height sensor and the reference measurement position when the laser beam projected from the height sensor is incident onto the target is calculated by adjusting the position of the height sensor, and the measurement position in the horizontal direction of the height sensor is corrected on the basis of the correction value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
