CONSTITUTION:A control circuit P5 decides equipment operation from an equipment operation discriminating matrix P4 which receives a simple program setting Pi which pays attention to a power system and equipment state recognition P3 which converts an equipment state into a setting unit system, and gives operational commands to phase modifiers. |
