PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat for a barn, to be laid on the surface of a concrete floor and intended to have excellent elasticity and elastic characteristics with moderate firmness. SOLUTION: This floor mat for a barn is so designed that rubber chips a2 made by crushing a vulcanized rubber material are admixed and kneaded with an unvulcanized natural rubber or a synthetic rubber followed by molding a floor mat main body (a) through vulcanizing the resultant mixture, and through forming the floor mat main body from the rubber chips having flexible elasticity and relatively hard elasticity each involved in a natural rubber, the floor mat has elastic characteristics with no feeling of attaching to the bottom.
