<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording method and an image recording device which store an important image for monitoring without thinning or high compression processing, and which obtain efficiency by thinning, compressing, or the like a less important image including a large motion image. <P>SOLUTION: The case where a difference from a reference average level exceeds "3.0" is unusual, and images with a high image quality are stored by performing a low compression or no compression. The case where the difference does not exceed "3.0", thinning or compressing is performed to an image determined to be usual. As for the image within a usual range, when a variation level of the image does not satisfy the first reference value "level 2", thinning is performed to the image since the storing the image is thought to be unnecessary. As for the image which is more than the first reference value and less than the second reference value "level 3", a high compression processing is performed to the image since the image is thought to be less important with a small motion, but is required to be stored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
