A milling machine for removing glue is provided to automatically remove glue sticking to an insulation panel by using a core drill. A milling machine for removing glue comprises a housing(130), a convey unit(110) fixed to an insulation panel(100), a base plate(120) having a driving motor(125), a core drill(140) for removing glue using a milling cutter blade(141), an elevating unit(150) installed in the housing to support the core drill, and a fixing plate(160) for fixing the housing by using the base plate. The convey unit includes a pair of fixing frames(112). A rack gear(113) is formed in one fixing frame and a pinion is formed in the base plate. A linear motion guide rail(115) is installed in the other fixing frame and a linear motion guide is installed on the base plate.
