<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the efficiency and rate of resource collection by enhancing the motivation and cooperation for resource collection. <P>SOLUTION: A coupon-related information management server 10 stores a collection count added to a user who presents resources such as food oil, receives site browsing request information which indicates a request for browsing a prescribed web site, determines whether to permit the browsing of a web site based on a collection count value added to the user with reference to a collection count management information table, retrieves advertisement information which indicates an advertisement to be posted on the web site if its browing is permitted, provides site information which indicates the web site where the advertisement indicated by the retrieved advertisement information is posted, determines a point value based on the browsing state of the advertisement posted on the web site so as to add the point value, determines coupon identification codes corresponding to the added point value, determines the number of coupons to be issued depending on the number of codes which indicates the number of coupon identification codes to be associated with the coupon, and then, transmits coupon issue direction information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
