A phototherapy device (1), particularly but not exclusively for treating neonatal disorders, comprising a source of emission of luminous flux at least toward one receptacle (3) for accommodating at least one body portion to be treated, the device further comprising at least one sensor (6) for detecting the intensity of the luminous flux and means for controlling the intensity of the luminous flux emitted by the emission source.
