PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen storage material composite that has a high weight hydrogen storage density, a low hydrogen adsorption temperature and a high packing density and to provide a method for producing the hydrogen storage material composite.SOLUTION: The hydrogen storage material composite includes AlHand M(AlH), provided that M is at least any one of elements selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, K, Mg and Ca and n is a valence of M. The molar ratio (x) of AlHto AlHand M(AlH)is preferably 0.2≤x<1.0. AlHis preferably α-type. The hydrogen storage material composite is produced in a non-oxidative atmosphere by pulverizing AlHand M(AlH)respectively and mixing each of the powders produced after pulverization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
