Disclosed is a polyurethane protective helmet for taekwondo. The polyurethane protective helmet comprises a protective helmet body and an elastic band. The protective helmet body is an integral structure formed by polyurethane, the left and right sides of the mandible of the protective helmet body are provided with stiffeners, and the elastic band is connected between the two stiffeners. The preparation process comprises: step 1, wiping a mold cavity; step 2, spraying a release agent in the mold cavity; step 3, carrying out mold closing; step 4, injecting a polyurethane raw material into the mold cavity for foaming reaction; step 5, shaking a mold; and step 6, opening the mold and taking out the product after the polyurethane is cured in the mold, and performing product trimming and mold cleaning to complete the overall preparation process of the product. According to the present invention, the connection segment of the mandible of the protective helmet can be enhanced; furthermore, the process is integral molding using polyurethane, and therefore, the service life of the product can be prolonged, the buffer capacity of the product can be improved, the external impact energy can be absorbed better, and the safety of the head of a sportsman can be protected comprehensively. |
