PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a technique easily performing hydrolysis treatment to an electrolyte precursor membrane.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the electrolyte membrane used for a fuel cell includes a preparation process for preparing the electrolyte precursor membrane made of an ion exchange resin precursor which has not been imparted ion conductivity by hydrolysis treatment, and a spraying process for spraying an alkaline solution to the electrolyte precursor membrane, thereby obtaining the ion exchange resin precursor containing the ion exchange resin group precursor subjected to hydrolysis treatment. |
