In the present invention, an elongated obliquely stretched film is produced by stretching a long raw film containing a thermoplastic resin in an oblique direction having an angle greater than 0° but less than 90° relative to the width direction. The raw film used to produce the elongated obliquely stretched film has a fracture elongation of 2 to 25%. |
