<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passive heat radiator with a rising plate almost perpendicular to the horizontal plane and a heat radiating fin, having improved heat radiating effects by forming a heat radiating passage along the flowing direction of hot air. <P>SOLUTION: The passive heat radiator includes a heat radiating bottom plate, the flat rising plate, a heat absorbing end face, and the heat radiating fin. The flat rising plate is connected to the heat radiating bottom plate with brazing, and it is perpendicular to or at a first angle to the horizontal plane when the heat radiating bottom plate is in an installed condition. The heat absorbing end face is provided on the opposite side of the heat radiating bottom plate to the rising plate, and it is used for mounting a heating component. The heat radiating fin is connected to the surface of the rising plate with brazing, and it is perpendicular to or at a second angle to the horizontal plane when the heat radiating bottom plate is in an installed condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
