PURPOSE:To enhance the cooling capacity of a mold and to enhance the production efficiency of a pre-hanger cable to a large extent, in constitution wherein an optical cable is suspended and supported by a suspension wire high in tensile strength by a plurarity of hanger pieces, by providing a cooling medium passing hole in the mold to distribute a cooling medium. CONSTITUTION:A suspension wire 5 and the optical cable 6 supported by the suspension wire 5 in a suspended state are supplied into a mold 1 at the appropriate position on the upstream side of the angle position where an injection molding machine 9 is arranged and a molten resin is injected and supplied into the mold 1 at the angle position A to mold the hanger piece connecting the suspension wire and the optical cable. Thereafter, the mold 1 is opened at the separate rotary position of a turntable. In this case, cooling medium passing holes 14, 15 are provided to the mold 1 so as to become cavities 51, 61. A distribution tower 81 is provided to the center of the turntable 8 and a cooling medium is allowed to flow to the cooling medium passing holes 14, 15 from the cooling medium distributing piping extended from the tower 81 to cool the mold 1. |
