<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite ceramic powder, a production method of the powder and a solid oxide fuel cell, having excellent distribution properties of a plurality of kinds of oxide particles and composition controllability, a great number of three phase interfaces, and excellent electronic conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The composite ceramic powder contains nickel oxide and zirconia particles comprising yttria-stabilized zirconia, and is produced by adding a zirconia acidic dispersion liquid containing zirconia particles comprising yttria-stabilized zirconia and nickel ions to an alkali solution to produce a neutralized precipitate, and heat treating the neutralized precipitate at 200°C or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
