PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality stability and improve the appearances by producing no clearance between a bumper fascia upper part and a front fender. SOLUTION: In the bumper fascia holding structure in which an inserter 16 installed in a bumper facer 11 is held in a U shape part 45 formed between an upper side chip 41 and an lower side chip 43 of a setting bracket 4, at least a stopping part 47 stopped at a step face 22 is set at upper part of the setting bracket 4, a connecting part 46 connecting the upper side chip 41 and the lower side chip 43 is set at a lower position of the stopping part 47, a through-hole 48 is formed by penetrating the lower side chip 43, the connecting part 46, the upper side chip 41 and the stopping part 47 from the upper side chip 43, and the setting bracket 4 is fixed to the vehicle body by stopping the stopping part 47 on the step face 22 and screwing a screw 33 from the lower side of the through-hole 48.
