PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling effect of a radiator and an intercooler by closing a gap between the radiator and intercooler, and a side wall of a vehicle body equipped with the intercooler. SOLUTION: A body structure of a vehicle equipped with a radiator 54 and an intercooler 20 installed together in an engine room of the rear body has the side wall 50 of the vehicle body provided with an opening 51 at the position to face the radiator and the intercooler, and a duct-like member 1 to form an outside air introducing passage for introducing outside air into the radiator and the intercooler. The duct-like member 1 has a notched part in one of its ends to fit into an edge of the intercooler. The notched part is pressed against the edge of the intercooler, the other part is pressed against an edge of the radiator, and the other end of the member 1 is fixed to the periphery 50A to 50D of the opening in the side wall 50 of the vehicle body.
