PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire bead lubricant automatic application device that can efficiently apply lubricant to a tire bead without contacting it, thus preventing a member to which the lubricant is applied from wearing and eliminating a cause of air leak from the tire. SOLUTION: An indentation 73d is formed in a foaming device 73, into which a bead 101 is inserted. An opening 73f is formed in the indentation 73d. A mousse of soapsuds is discharged through the opening 73f horizontally at the bead 101 of a tire 100. There is formed in a bottom surface on a leading edge side of a guide hole 73c an opening 73e, through which a mousse of soapsuds is discharged from above down toward the bead 101 of the tire 100.
