PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid storage tank device having: a metal liquid storage tank; and a monitor terminal for converting the information on liquid in the liquid storage tank into an electric signal and transmitting the signal outside, which consists of a transmitting part for transmitting the electric signal by a radio wave, a rechargeable battery for supplying power to the transmitting part, and a solar battery for generating power charged into the rechargeable battery, wherein power is sufficiently charged into the rechargeable battery by preventing the power generation efficiency of a solar battery from being deteriorated, which eliminates the necessity for installing a large solar battery.
