PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid mixing/discharging device the operating efficiency of which can be improved by preventing the generation of a defective ratio and using materials (two liquids) efficiently when two liquids different in discharge pressure, viscosity and mixing ratio are mixed and the obtained mixture is discharged. SOLUTION: The two-liquid mixing/discharging device 1 is characterized in that a cylindrical mixer 5 such as a static mixer for mixing two liquids (a hardening agent A and a pasty base resin B) and a discharge nozzle 6 for discharging a mixed material are arranged at a tip-side nozzle 4a of a mixing part main body 4 having respective inflow passages 2, 3 of the hardening agent A and the pasty base resin B therein. A discharge port 2a connected to the inflow passage 2 of the material A (the hardening agent) having low discharge pressure and a small mixing ratio is projected into the vicinity of a central inflow port 5a of the mixer 5 and a discharge port 3a connected to the inflow passage 3 of the material B (the base resin) having high discharge pressure and a large mixing ratio is positioned on the backward periphery of the central inflow port 5a of the mixer 5 so that the defective ratio is not generated even when the discharge pressure, viscosity and mixing ratio of the material A (the hardening agent) are different from those of the material B (the base resin).
