PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-isolating bushing in which a spring constant in the pinching direction can be sufficiently decreased, and a spring constant in the axial direction can be increased. SOLUTION: In the vibration-isolating bushing 10, a rubbery elastic body 16 is provided between an inner cylinder 12 and an outer cylinder 14. In the inner cylinder 12, a swell part 18 swelling in the direction Y orthogonal to the axis is formed in the center part in the axial direction X. The outer peripheral face of the swell part is formed in a protruding sphere 20. The outer cylinder 14 is formed in a straight cylindrical shape having an axially constant radius of the outer peripheral face 19, and the inner peripheral face surrounding the protruding sphere 20 is formed in a recessed sphere 22 concentric with the protruding sphere 20. The rubbery elastic body 16 is provided between the protruding sphere 20 and the recessed sphere 22, so that in the axial outside X1 of a virtual sphere 26 defined by the recessed sphere 20, the rubbery elastic body 16 is not filled between the inner cylinder 12 and the outer cylinder 14.
