PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of how dynamic response of a transmission to an input command can be maximized, while maximizing electrical efficiency as well. SOLUTION: This transmission control device and method thereof include a first controller for controlling the revolutions of a first electrical machine, and a second one for controlling those of a second electrical machine; sensors for detecting the rotational speed of each of the first and second electrical machines; and a transmission device that, by determining first and second torque value each for first and second target value signals, without exceeding the given torque limit of the electrical machines while maintaining the electrical parameters of a conductive link within a desired range, is capable of generating and outputting to the controllers first and second torque target value signals that correspond to the desired torque value of an outputting member. |
