PURPOSE:To provide an air liquefying separating device and method which perform heating of crude argon during the starting of a device through simple device constitution, in an air liquefying separating device having a system to sample high purity argon. CONSTITUTION:An argon heat-exchanger 6 is provided with a route through which a part of raw material air compressed by a raw material air compressor 1 is introduced. A part of raw material air compressed by the raw material compressor l is introduced to the argon heat-exchanger 6 according to the temperature of crude argon at the outlet of the argon heat-exchanger 6.
