PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate quickly and stably a clock synchronizing with a phase of a reproduced signal. SOLUTION: A reproducing device is provided with a reproducing means reproducing an information signal on which a pilot signal is superimposed from a recording medium, a clock generating means having a PLL circuit and generating a clock synchronizing with a phase of the information signal reproduced by the reproducing means, a pilot signal detecting means detecting the pilot signal from the information signal reproduced by the reproducing means, and a control means controlling a center frequency of the PLL circuit in accordance with an output of the pilot signal detecting means. |
